Firm acidity, layered with cooked peach, apricot, and honey. Tannins from the grape skins lend a fine texture. Focus on the dried fruit character, but you'll pick up notes of toasted nuts and a touch of oak.
Drink just below room temperature, paired with ripe cheeses, acidic fruits, roasted veggies, and light proteins. Stick some in the cellar; it's going to improve over the next few years.
