2021 Sparkling Orange Muscat

The annual return of our Sparkling Orange Muscat. Orange muscat grapes were pressed and fermented at low temperatures with an aromatic yeast in stainless steel. Fermentation was arrested by cold-crashing the tank and racking wine of the yeast sediment. The wine was held very cold and aged in stainless prior to bottling. You will find sharp acidity balanced with sweetness from naturally occurring sugars and intense aromas of citrus fruits and peels and sharp floral tones.

The sparkling orange muscat pairs well with light fare, pizza, bbq dishes, spicy grilled fish, spicy Thai dishes and the like. Serve cold!
