2021 Sparkling Rosé

The 2021 Sparkling Rose is made from a blend of 50% estate Lemberger grapes and saignee juice from other grapes. Wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak prior to bottling sans filtration. Very limited sulfites used following primary fermentation and no additional sulfites prior to tank conditioning and bottling. Tasting profile of ripe strawberries, musk mellon, citrus, and floral notes. A full body with moderate + acidity and a nice texture coming from it's sparkle.

Served chilled with fruits and mild cheeses; pairs great with chocolates and other sweets.
