Bluet Pass v3
This season’s iteration of Bluet Pass is made with heirloom and Dolgo crabapples co-fermented over blueberries, then followed by a long second fermentation on blueberries in oak barrels. Finished with partially fermented cider to add a bouquet and a touch of sweetness.
Drink chilled, paired with sharp cheeses and dark chocolate or on its own.
